I engage with textiles, exploring their profound relationship to the body. While practicing a craft, there is a close bond between body and material. Skin touching material for extended periods, the two imprinting on each other. I am fascinated by both the visual and conceptual aspects of this hands-on process, where the physical contact and time spent labouring leave traces in the final piece.
