My work explores the intersections of belief systems, rituals, and material culture, rooted in my Karelian heritage. Through textile techniques, metalwork, and sculptural processes, I investigate how ancestral knowledge, oral histories, and symbols evolve and remain active within contemporary society. I explore the borders between tangible reality and the unseen, where belief systems create connections to other dimensions of experience.
